Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, as this is not a product that can be returned. This is standard in software and digital products. We know this can be upsetting to some customers, so please be sure you want the guide before purchasing.

Why did you create Amiplush?

We enjoy creating amigurumi and compiled our favorite patterns that we created into this guide to share them with others. We know that patterns can be expensive, which is why we keep our price so low. We want everyone to enjoy this activity!
Can you teach me how to use these patterns?

We do not teach you how to use the patterns, although we do include a quick start guide to help those new to amigurumi. We recommend looking at YouTube for how-to videos.
